Merced offers 1,586 families quality, affordable homes in multi-family apartment communities we own or have developed in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Conroe, Somerset, Karnes City, Goliad and Fort Worth, Texas. 

What is Resident Services?

The Resident Services program supports residents in these communities in pursuing their own goals of mental, physical and financial wellness.

Merced’s Resident Services team is the foundation of our commitment to our communities. They advocate for and are directly involved with residents, offering essential support and connecting them to a wide range of free or low-cost resources within the broader community.
