Income qualifications: All units at Casitas de Villa Corona are reserved for seniors 62 and older who make 50% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). In Bexar County in 2023, 50% AMI for an individual is $30,750. The property has a Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) from the Department of Housing and Urban Development which allows qualifying residents to pay only 30% of their income towards rent.
