The Bexar County Housing Finance Corporation issued Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds. Allstate Insurance provided financing in the amount of $12,910,000. Private investors provided the additional financing. The City of San Antonio has awarded approximately $446,000 in rental rehabilitation funds to make extensive repairs to Avion Place, including replacing roofs throughout the complex and making ADA accommodations.
Avion Place Apartments is owned by Merced-Suncrest, LLC, a Texas single member LLC, with Merced Housing Texas as its sole member.
