Acquisition of Eleanor Place was arranged through alternative investment programs. The Partners For the Common Good, based in Washington, D.C., provided acquisition financing ($150,000). The Partners For the Common Good is a pooled fund created by a coalition of religious congregations of men and women throughout the United States. Rehab financing ($100,000) has been provided by the alternative investment fund of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ, based in St, Louis. Missouri.
The development is owned by Merced Housing Texas. Rehabilitation was completed in 2007.
